Project Parsons has recently been awarded a task order with the General Service Administration (GSA) to support a five-year facility management program for one of the agency's GSA serves. Our work will be allocated in one year increments and our project team is seconded in with the agency to develop a facility management plan that best suits its needs. The agency's office is in downtown Washington, D.C. Minimal travel (10%) to other agency locations may be required.
Need Parsons is seeking a Sr. Strategic Planning Manager to assist the agency in the development of business and organizational plans and goals. This will include creating functional role descriptions and performance management tools. As such, the selected candidate will work closely with the agency's staff and management. You will be a key management consultant to the agency in strategic planning to achieve its objectives of providing facility management services.
Qualifications: Requirements
10 years of agency and/or business planning experience, preferably with Federal clients
Proven ability to work collaboratively and create deliverables that reflect the clients' needs
Experience in guiding a client through a strategic planning initiative
Bachelors degree in communications, business management or related degree
Proof of US citizenship is required
