Sr Associate - Sub-visible Particle Characterization
The successful candidate will perform sub-visible particle testing of late-stage clinical and commercial recombinant protein drug products to support process characterization activities and comparability studies. Data analyses and generation of technical documents is required. Other duties include advanced data analyses and assisting with the setting of acceptance criteria to support process characterization, process and method transfers, and product comparability studies. Additional responsibilities include documentation of data, providing regular project updates, and assisting with the development of new technologies. The exceptional candidate will also provide scientific results that support the generation of publications, patents, and regulatory submissions.
Basic Qualifications • Master's degree OR • Bachelor's degree & 2 years of directly related experience OR • Associate's degree & 6 years of directly related experience OR • High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 year of laboratory experience • Exposure to sub-visible particle characterization techniques, including micro-flow imaging (MFI) and/or HIAC systems • Experience assisting with the development of analytical methods, analyzing data, and setting acceptance criteria to support product comparability studies • Strong laboratory analytical skills to include the execution of scientific experiments and interpretation of results • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other scientists on multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams
