Citizant has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager on site with our customer in Washington, DC. Individual will be directly managing a project team totally 5-10 people that are currently responsible for Business Process Reengineering. This position requires overall project management, financial management, performance management for team members and direct collaboration with our client and continuous support of corporate objectives.



Responsibilities: 




  • Responsible for all aspects of the project and contract performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial) during the full life of the project.

  • Works extensively with Government customer, end users, and SMEs from all levels of the organization to produce high-quality results.

  • Must be familiar with all phases of the business process reengineering.

  • Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, and oversees the successful completion of all assigned project tasks.

  • Ensures the development, maintenance and implementation of a detailed Project Management Plan, schedule and budget; documents and guides the performance of all functional activities performed.

  • Collaborates with multiple government, contractor and our staff to achieve the mission of the client.

  • Facilitates planning sessions and provides expert advice to client Executives in a highly diverse business and technology environment.

  • Implements strategies to migrate organizations from current practices and processes to transformed and improved practices and processes.

  • Identifies alternatives, potential impacts, and solutions for business processes that can be improved through automation.

  • Analyzes and evaluates complex business processes through state-of-the art BPR methodologies, tools, and technology.

  • Works with the customer to integrate the project results into a comprehensive report that demonstrates value to the client



Requirements:

Qualifications: 




  • Proven project management experience including budget responsibilities

  • Must have 5-7 years of experience managing a federal government consulting contract.

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience overseeing and delivering solutions for a BPR/Business Transformation effort.

  • Must be a Consultant by trade and understand how the results of a BPR effort are implemented within an organization’s business and technical environment.

  • Must have experience with directing and guiding project team members on all phases within a BPR project.

  • Requires excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills

  • Experience in Law Enforcement a plus


Security Clearance: Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
