The Freon 22 unit at the Louisville, KY Site is looking for a Manufacturing Senior Engineer to work as the E&I Engineer as part of a Project Team involved in the design, installation and start-up of a new vapor recovery facility. Also included in the project will be product storage, loading and shipping facilities.
As part of the Project Team the individual will be directly involved with the sizing and specification of equipment, creation of process drawings, development of project cost estimates, Process Hazard reviews, design and cost reviews and other work items normally associated with major capital projects.
As part of the Project Team, there might be a significant amount of travel required during the design and review stages of the project.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5-10 years experience * Experience working with a Higher Hazard Process (HHP) * Experience of leading or participating in a Process Hazards Review * Comfortable working in a team environment; high degree of initiative and self-motivation, and flexibility to monitor and move projects forward quickly and safely. * Strong scientific approach to solving problems; makes data based decisions. * Strong troubleshooting skills. * Good written and oral communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a "hands-on" attitude.
