Job Description
This position is located at Psychiatry and Counseling Services located at Union Park, 1225 East Fort Union Blvd., Suite 215, Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84047.
Specifically, this position will provide Outpatient Therapy to individual adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, etc. This is a rewarding opportunity in social work to provide excellent clinical care. It requires exceptional interpersonal skills, with flexibility, assertiveness, and compassion. This position will also include working some time at other Intermountain Healthcare Medical facilities in the outpatient clinics.

Minimum Requirements
- Applicant must be current Utah LCSW, and be able to comply with regulatory requirements.
- This position requires verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification. An original card must be verified prior to start date or the job offer will be withdrawn. For additional information regarding CPR requirements please visit our Job Requirements Page .
- 10 hour shifts required Monday through Thursday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer prior experience with adult clientele in an outpatient setting.
