Lead Product Manager
Description
Job responsibilities include:
Product requirements and definition for new system capabilities and user experiences intended to drive consumer cloud service adoption to quickly ramp to tens of millions of customers
Work with design teams and agencies around an exceptional user experience for user-facing components
Work with marketing counterparts on aligning with campaigns and initiatives to drive adoption
Business cases and financials to prove out and refine opportunities
Manage the team's budget and ensure that we're tracking spending across initiatives and adequately forecasting future needs
Drive device requirements into the device procurement process to ensure that cloud services function optimally on target devices
Work with internal groups like the device team, the digital experience team, IT, care, sales ops and others to identity and execute on opportunities to drive adoption
Provide executive readouts and visibility
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Eight years of related technology product management experience, ideally in consumer software or content for wireless or web
Ability to translate business needs into requirements and drive to execution
Proven project management and cross-functional team leadership skills
Experience with Agile development process and iterative design
Superior written and oral communication skills
Strong analytic capability including ability to develop sophisticated forecasting models and to analyze and interpret results
Flexible and able to work in dynamic work environments with limited supervision to deliver results
Desired Qualifications:
Nine or more years of related technology product management experience, ideally in consumer software or content for wireless or web
Experience with a strategy consulting firm reading out to senior executives
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study; or equivalent experience
