POSITION SUMMARY : Under general supervision and according to general policies and procedures, maintains physical plant, boilers, emergency generators, chillers and associated equipment. Maintains an environment of safety and comfort for both patients and employees
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : Minimum: Post High School Education with an Associate of Arts degree or Equivalent in Vocational School
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS : General knowledge of Boiler & Chiller plant operation. General knowledge of fluid mechanic General knowledge of Life Safety equipment s, Ability to follow directions and work independently, Good written and verbal communication skills, Knowledge of Computerized Energy Management System.
