Title: Business Solutions Lead at Lyondell
Location: TX-Houston


This position will lead business process, information technology consulting support, systems integration and implementation to the global client group for the Human Resources, Legal, and Corporate Communications functions. The primary result is the design, automation and integration of the business processes to create value through productivity gains, improved business performance and improved decision support. Candidate will collaborate between the Business Solutions group, business groups and shared service organizations to achieve sustained improvement.

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of technical, business, or management experience in increasingly responsible positions. Line or consulting experience for the HR business function is required. Experience in some combination of business process re-engineering, project management, change management and/or IT systems implementation is required. This individual must demonstrate the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, automation alternatives and organizational readiness activities to achieve sustained benefits. Candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills. This individual must be capable of establishing influential and collaborative relationships at various organizational levels.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident).
