Safety-Kleenis seeking aBranch General Manager. You will be responsible for the sales growth and retention of customers, customer satisfaction, profitability, operational controls, health and safety performance and regulatory compliance of the Branch.

Responsibilities:

* Branch adherence to operational guidelines.
* Manage administrative and warehouse team.
* Fulfill duties of Customer Service Manager (CSM) when he/she is absent.
* Manage branch sales team.
* Conduct End-of-Day Check-Out Process with sales representatives.
* Conduct weekly branch meetings with branch sales and service staff to drive branch performance and promote teamwork.
* Collaborate with Sales Managers to enhance branch sales performance.
* Minimize controllable costs.
* Manage payroll.
* Facility Contribution Margin (FCM) Management.
* Manage pricing across all lines of business.
* Manage Hand-Off Tool to ensure timely response to all customer requests and issues.
* Prevent and resolve customer service issues and complaints with specific focus on retention.
* Making routine goodwill visits to validate customer expectations are being met.
* Manage Human Resources operations involved in hiring, training and development of all branch employees.
* Ensure branch Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Compliance.
* Ensure all training and record-keeping documentation are kept up to date.
* Monitor daily operations to assure performance within regulatory guidelines.
* Implement and maintain operating guidelines and procedures (BOGs/SOPs), ensuring all key management controls are in place.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED required.
* 7+ years of sales and operations management experience.
* Degree preferred.
* Strong understanding of sales process.
* P&L experience.
* Working knowledge of DOT and fleet compliance.
* Experience effectively managing and motivating others.
* Interviewing and employee selection skills.
* High level of computer proficiency.
* Issue resolution, negotiating and problem solving skills.
* Integrity, judgment/ decision-making.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Recognize the importance of environmental, health, and safety.
* Time management, organization, and attention to detail.
