Responsibilities: 1. Work as Part of a Team Including Client Manager and Research Specialist to Deliver Outstanding Candidates to Our Clients 2. Source, Phone Screen, and Evaluate Candidates 3. Meet Recruiting Goals (Quality versus Quantity is Required) 4. Coordinate Recruiting Activities with Client Managers 5. Coordinate Research Activities with Research Specialists 6. Update and Maintain Candidate Database 7. Network with Candidates and Other Sources to Locate Candidates and Maintain Excellent Long-Term Relationships 8. Provide Management Reporting Where Necessary
